For two reasons:

1) I cooked. I roasted a chicken, made couscous, cooked broccoli. That’s an accomplishment.

2) Claire laughed for the first time — tonight! Husband was the recipient of the first one. He called me over and continued to tickle her and make funny noises, and she laughed again. And again. It was priceless.
