About Me

I am a woman of many interests and skills. I hold a master of arts degree in counseling and human services and am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I’m a seeker, a self-taught artist, and an intuitive creativity facilitator. I integrate experiences from my education, work, and life when mentoring clients. I’ve been employed as a librarian, psychotherapist, and community advocate. My current path is art, at which I work daily. I welcome you to view my gallery.

Believing passionately that all humans are innately creative, I dedicate my life to igniting curiosity, promoting creativity, and inspiring enthusiasm for lifetime learning. I have taught art at my daughter’s elementary school. I volunteer for Lyceum of Santa Clara Valley, which provides enrichment and social connection to gifted children and their families, and helps foster a caring community in which they can grow. I live in San Jose, California, with my husband and daughter, and Misty Sky (our runny babbit).
