Amen to the second one! I often wonder why it is that someone tells me the same thing, story, event, over and over, as if they don’t recall having done so before. I tend to think it is simply that they want to tell it now, for whatever reasons, and sort of suppress awareness from the conscious mind of having told it before.
I came to see the art for the day, but loved the quotes too!
