This is a familiar site in my house too. Out of our 9 cats 5 love to raid the water from the sinks, my floating candle (don’t worry, it just has water in it which I change daily because somebody who looks just like Sophie comes to drink), my very own drinking glass if I’m not looking, etc… Two even hop in the tub after my shower before I can get out in order to lick the sides. Who ever said cats don’t like water? They should’ve said cats don’t like to swim!! 🙂
I actually have a small dog who scratches at the bathroom door after my shower, then comes in and licks the water off my legs. It must be some kind of hunting instinct with animals. The water they find and stalk down is more worthwhile than the boring stuff in their bowls.
