I went to a cafe Monday and enjoyed it. I tried my hand at pointillism. Drawing with tiny dots is not as simple as it looks. It requires painstaking effort. I started by drawing my coffee mug. Later at home I added the spoon, sugar packet, customer, chairs, and sign. I’m pleased with the overall result.
i think doing pointilism can be really meditative. you did an awesome job. the mug in particular is so great!
This really captures the spirit of being in a cafe. I could almost smell the coffee.
