This was my mind before I had my massage last week. It was cluttered and chaotic — monkey mind is the term. The massage cleared the tension from my body. I’m still feeling the healing effects of it.
Oh this is so very familiar and captures it all.
Nice work and I hope you are still feeling better.

If only there were a more permanent way to keep the mental clutter/monkey mind at bay. When I get massages, it seems to only be a temporary fix. Right after, it starts right back up again – starting with: I wish I was back on that table.
Gosh I can so relate. In fact I wish I remember where in my archives a couple of drawings are, and I would point you to them. One was called “Quiet Monkeys!” (and showed me with several monkeys in my head) and the other was called “It’s crazy in here” and it was a drawing of my head with all this stuff happening inside. Much like what you have captured. Great job! 🙂

Ah, yes, I recognize this immediately. Excellent interpretation of the theme!

That reminds me SOOOO much of my life!!! Maybe a massage would help me too?
This is great. I have the same experience with massages, and am I thankful for it!
