The engine light came on again. For the fourth time.
Picture me with steam coming out of my ears.
The saga continues.
This must mean we are lazy or evil or something, but our engine light came on in our pickup truck years ago and we’ve ignored it. Yes, we’ve taken the truck in for other things. Sometimes they’ve even looked at it and “fixed” it, but the damn thing always comes back on. Now we don’t care. The thing works, and no one inspecting it has ever said anything about. Take that for what its worth.
Oh, and I knew someone who just put black electrical tape over the light and forgot about it.
Mine comes on intermittently. I’ve noticed it does it when I’m decelerating faster than usual. Not sure I want to monkey with it right now, as I’m thinking of changing vehicles in the fall.
