When I visited Syracuse in September, I got to spend a little time at a place that was my refuge before my move: Beaver Lake Nature Center. The photo below will become the masthead image on my new blog. Husband is working on all this during the weekend and I hope to be done soon. If you have trouble visiting in the next 72 hours, it may be due to the transition. One concern I have is that photos may not transfer well and may not fit the new layout exactly; also material I have quoted had a special code that will not transfer, so that will look wonky. I’ve contemplated just pulling the archives from 2003 and starting fresh, but that’s a lot of history that I’d like to keep online. I don’t want to use the space by keeping the old Movable Type blog online, though. Hmmm. Choices, choices.
