This is such a hoot. I went to La Chambre de’Ecoute and read hers, too. Maybe I’ll try it later. Your kitty did deal you a blow, but our pets are our kids–so we deal. That photo from the museum is spectacular as is the piece of art that it is. Work starts Tuesday?
Oh, I forgot to respond as I’d intended to one of your comments… work started last Tuesday, the 10th! It meant long days, as I had to get to SF by 9 a.m. — not a commute I’d want daily, though I rode the train and that gave me time to read.
I’m loving the job so far. I want to write more about it but need to digest and consider what to share. I’m also working tomorrow on a project and will have Monday off so time is limited til then.
Ah, I see you’ve got those 3 seagulls warning folks of your presence too. I love #9 and #10.
Do you know about “googlisms”? I think if you google googlism you’ll find it. That’s pretty cool too. I plugged “Bob” into googlism when I decided to name him that, and the very first entry was “Bob is dead” which I tell you really gave me a moments pause. Bob was my father’s name and um, he IS dead. (yikes!)
