I started painting and cutting, and time went on its merry way. The yellow butterfly will be trimmed once dry. Suddenly it’s almost 5:30 and I haven’t been outside on this lovely day. But I did enjoy every minute.

All this art is wonderful. I agree Baby is going to love this room. So much to see and love! That was a wonderful idea for your shower. (In fact, I think a shower is a wonderful idea in itself. We don’t do those here).
Kathryn, what a wonderful set of posts leading up to the shower and the shower itself. My eldest son turns 45 this summer and last summer, I finally tossed out the baby shower papers I had lined the drawers of my own bedroom dresser with.
I just love what your mom sent. My hope chest still has many items of when my own babies were young, and my 20-year-old granddaughter and 18-year-old grandson wore a few of the “token” handmade items.
