Trip to WA

I took many photographs while on vacation last week. Since I’m still busy and tired (not writing much), here’s a photo.

Next Tuesday we depart for CA to look for a place to live! It’s all happening fast.

This is something I rarely do, but I got quite caught up in your blog and web site. I found it by chance when I did a search on the movie Monster just so I could find out the spelling of the lead actress. A link to your blog came up.

I’ve found myself once again, at age 57, on a bit of a spiritual quest, so much of your blog is very interesting to me. I put a number of the books you’ve recommended on my wish list so I won’t forget about them. Besides that, your style of writing is appealling.

Good luck with your move. Good luck with Zoe (my daughter has a cat name Zoe and a little dog named Stella – our family is big into pets). There are some products on the market that are supposed to work like aroma therapy for animals, but I don’t know if they’d work for a traumatized kitty. If you can’t find a home for her, and are sure the move would traumatize all concerned, put her to peace. She was fortunate to have had you to love her and to live the life that she has. They trust us to take care of them, and to look out for their well being. You’re the only one who can judge how her well being could be affected.

Congratulations on your life and good luck on your pursuits and marriage. Geeks can be great.

Sharon, I’m so pleased you left a comment! It’s gratifying to receive feedback about the usefulness of my blog. I’m also grateful for your wise and compassionate response with regard to my cat. We are still in the process of making the decision, and I trust the right situation will evolve. Thanks again for visiting. I’ll stop by your site as well.
