   Dear Kathryn:

   Thanks for stopping by Woodmoor and saying hi. Glad you found the post on the obstacles to practice helpful. I’m not sure I have any wisdom to impart on practice, but one thing that has helped me plenty… is not to take myself with practice too seriously (that is, not to try to be super-practitioner). Thich Nhat Hanh perhaps puts it best when he says “Be a Buddha not a Buddhist.” : )
