Yes, you are joining a huge international mother's club. A year from now you'll only vaguely recall your old life when you had time for art-work, when you worked those long hours at the non-profit. Fortunately, you ease into it gradually. As one who raised 3 children and has 5 grandkids now, I'm happy for you that you are joining the club because you want this so badly. Keep cool, Kathryn.

Been pregnant through two summers myself, it's not easy. Keep cool! Oh, and nap. Cause you won't be getting much sleep at all soon...

My Ragazzi were both summer babies so I sympathise. Being pregnant in summer is tough, tha baby seems to act like a little furnace to raise your temperature a few more degrees, though lying in the shade of an old cherry tree and sipping lemonade was a compensation.
I expect everyone has advised you to sleep as much as you can now? After the baby is born you'll never sleep properly again!
Take care
