A Mindful Life

It slipped past me. Yesterday was the first anniversary of this blog. It’s transformed a bit over time, focusing a bit more on what interests me personally and not as much a series of links to mental health sites and articles. I know I’ve garnered a few dedicated readers, and I thank you for stopping by to see what’s popped out of my psyche on any given day. I hope you’ve enjoyed this as much as I have.
