A New ‘Do
You may notice a dramatic change around here. I’ve been thinking awhile about changing the colors on the blog, since I love green and want a venue to use it. I also think it’s a more gender-neutral color, which can’t hurt (I had created the blog to match my business site, and color was more of an issue there).
The photo in the upper right corner is from one of my favorite places on earth: Beaver Lake Nature Center. I spent many hours there hiking and volunteering. I took the photo last June when I went up to visit my parents and a sister in celebration of my 40th birthday. I hiked with my father through the Deep Woods trail and over the Lake Loop trail. It brought me back to my roots. Since I think of life as following a path into parts unknown, I thought the photograph captured this!

Nice colours! But then I would say that, wouldn’t I? Do you suppose a liking for shades of green is a feature being an INFJ?

The clors are very calming. Almost as good as pink
And I love the photo.
Thanks for the shout in your previous post, btw. If you think the slug was bad, you shoulda seen me when I found a mouse under my jacket yesterday. Total girly scream complete with jumping on the bed (not the fun way, either).

It looks very fresh. I think it looks even better on the screen of my own laptop. Here at work the colours are always a little too sharp, it looks almost neon-green which hurts my eyes. But I never take this screen seriously, I know for sure it looks lovely anywhere else

I like the new look a lot, it has a natural, outdoorsy feel to it.

I love the colors and the layout. Fresh, vivid and a pleasure in every respect.

I love the colors, but I guess you could guess that.
